Authentication & limits

Authenticate with an API key via Authorization: Bearer sk_live_…. Keys are scoped per project and can be rotated from the dashboard.

Stub

API keys and the Bearer-token auth shown here are a stub in this build — no keys are issued or validated yet. The calc endpoints are real and run against the chart engine; auth, billing, and per-key rate limiting are wired in a later phase.
